Okanagan Specialty Fruits Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Manager to oversee brokers and strategic key accounts across channels.

You will drive profitable growth by building strong business relationships, understanding customer needs, and applying category management and supply chain insights. The role requires leadership in communications with key accounts, development of joint business plans, accurate forecasting, and collaboration with marketing to execute promotional calendars.

Formación

• 4-year college degree in business, ag-business, ag-marketing or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in produce sales and account management.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments within the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead external communication with assigned key strategic accounts through business reviews, joint business planning, and forecasting to enhance sales performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support go-to-market strategies and provide solutions for business success.
• Manage customer pricing in line with budget targets.
• Accountable for account forecasts and growth plans with KPIs and mutual success metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to build and execute promotional calendars and activities to increase revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers and stakeholders, responding to requests and resolving day-to-day issues.
• Effectively track follow-up activities in CRM and keep the Director of Sales updated on status.
• Utilize data sources like Nielsen and market trends to identify growth opportunities with partners.
• Attend sales meetings and relevant trade shows or events as requested.
