Bosch Building Technologies North America in Phoenix is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to manage day-to-day purchasing for projects, service work orders, and branch stock. You will report to the Procurement Supervisor and ensure timely, cost-effective acquisitions while maintaining supplier relationships.

The role emphasizes PO management, vendor coordination, and collaboration with project teams to meet customer deadlines and budget goals. Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in procurement, strategic sourcing, warehousing, or related field.
• Experience in a project-based industry (systems integration, construction, manufacturing, or installation services).
• Knowledge of building automation, security, or fire integration.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials and services for projects, service work orders, and branch stock replenishment.
• Issue and manage purchase orders per policy and project requirements.
• Verify pricing and availability with approved suppliers; negotiate within delegated authority.
• Coordinate with suppliers on acknowledgments, ship dates and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations and Service teams to meet deadlines.
