Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator in Phoenix to prepare, review, negotiate, and administer construction-related contracts, subcontracts, and agreements in coordination with legal and project teams. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements and manage the full contract lifecycle.

The role partners with project managers and business units to support contract interpretation and compliance throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; 5+ years of construction contracts experience.
• Experience negotiating and administering complex contracts.
• Knowledge of lien laws, prevailing wage, and prompt payment statutes is preferred.
• Proficient with contract management systems and MS Office; Adobe Pro.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to multi-task and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, negotiate and administer complex construction contracts and subcontracts.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements including lien laws and prompt payment statutes.
• Manage the contract lifecycle in the contract management system from intake to closeout.
• Analyze obligations and risks; provide guidance on complex contractual issues.
• Collaborate with project teams and legal to align terms with project goals.
