Bosch Building Technologies North America seeks a Project Coordinator to support building automation projects from initiation to closeout, collaborating with sales, operations and project teams. You will help with project setup, forecasting costs, invoicing and ensuring alignment with scope and standards across stakeholders.

The role requires 1–3 years in construction or BAS coordination, reading diagrams, scheduling with Procore or MS Project, and willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Engineering/Management preferred.
• 1-3 years experience coordinating projects in construction, BAS, or HVAC fields.
• 1-3 years experience with project forecasting, budgeting, or billing processes.
• 2+ years experience with building automation systems or building management systems.
• Ability to travel regionally as required.

Responsibilities

• Provides input to sales and operations on technical and business considerations for projects (estimating, value engineering, timing, resources).
• Ensures project booking and initial forms are completed for kickoff.
• Maintains project documents, estimates, and information for team access.
• Assesses customer expectations against contract scope and Bosch estimates; flags gaps.
• Forecasts costs and tracks them to meet budget goals.
