Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Service Coordinator to schedule and manage service technicians for agreements, emergencies, and time-and-material projects. You will oversee work orders, spare parts, invoicing, and documentation while supporting day-to-day service operations and ensuring productive labor tracking and timely collections.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as a Service Coordinator or in a similar role.
• 2+ years of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Dynamics, SharePoint).
• 2+ years of experience with project management software.
• 2+ years of external communications and customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathy and problem-solving to achieve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and schedules service technicians for service agreements, emergencies, and T&M projects.
• Manages work orders, spare parts processing, invoicing, and service documentation.
• Serves as primary customer service contact with internal teams, clients, engineers, and contractors.
• Ensures accurate labor tracking and timely collections.
• Works with Collections and Material Coordinator to maximize cash flow.
• Communicates with external organizations as required.
• Keeps service management system updated to maximize productivity.
• Provides front-line support for ongoing service collections and scheduling.
