Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies is seeking a Project Coordinator to support building automation projects from initiation to closeout. You will partner with sales, operations, and project teams to set up projects, manage scope, forecast costs, and coordinate materials and subcontractors.

The role requires evaluating customer expectations against contract scope, addressing risks, and driving corrective actions with the project management team. Travel to sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-3 years coordinating with project managers on construction/building automation/HVAC projects.
• 2+ years in building automation systems or BAS.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to travel.
• Ability to read control wiring diagrams, blueprints, and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Support successful execution of BAS projects from initiation to closeout.
• Forecast costs, invoicing, and collections; coordinate materials and subcontractors.
• Ensure project documents and estimates are accessible to team members.
• Monitor alignment between customer expectations and contractual scope; flag gaps.
• Identify change order opportunities and coordinate with sales to pursue them.
• Provide leadership to assist in estimation, design, installation, and commissioning.
