Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a senior pricing professional to lead cost analyses, price-to-win strategies, and proposal pricing for federal/state health and human services opportunities. You will work with capture, pricing, and bids teams to ensure compliant, winning pricing while managing risks and communicating with executives.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in federal pricing, strong MS Excel skills, and proven ability to translate RFPs into robust pricing models and scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field.
• 10+ years of Price to Win or pricing/financial proposal experience in government procurements.
• Strong understanding of government pricing markets and procurement trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Perform cost analyses and price-to-win estimates for proposals.
• Contribute to development of pricing strategies and analyses.
• Coordinate data collection from internal/external sources and databases.
• Present pricing highlights and risks to executive leadership.
• Lead pricing strategy discussions and drive governance.

Education
