Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a seasoned Pricing/Cost to Win professional to lead competitive analyses and strategic pricing for federal and state procurements. You will interface with capture teams, develop price-to-win projections, and present findings to executive leadership, including the CEO and CFO, ensuring compliant, winning pricing solutions.

The role requires deep experience in FAR/CAS, risk analysis, and messaging to customers, with a strong record of delivering accurate, data-driven estimates

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Price to Win (preferred) experience in Pricing or financial proposal work for procurements.
• Experience with FAR/CAS and federal procurement processes.
• Ability to present to senior and executive management.

Responsibilities

• Perform competitive cost analysis and price to win estimates for strategic proposals.
• Develop pricing strategies and scoring analyses with capture teams.
• Coordinate data from Gov Win, Dun & Bradstreet, and internal FOIA process.
