Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking an experienced Pricing professional to lead cost analyses and price-to-win strategies for complex proposals in the federal market. You will collaborate with capture teams, interpret RFP requirements, and guide pricing decisions to optimize win probability.

The role requires a strong background in government pricing, extensive Excel/PowerPoint/Word proficiency, and the ability to present to executive leadership. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment in Morgantown, WV.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related business discipline.
• 10+ years of Price to Win or pricing/financial proposal experience.
• Solid understanding of State and Local government pricing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to senior management.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Perform cost analyses and price-to-win estimates for proposals.
• Develop pricing strategies and sensitivity analyses for capture efforts.
• Coordinate data gathering from Gov Win, Dun & Bradstreet, and FOIA processes.
• Present pricing highlights and risks to executives.
• Lead pricing strategy discussions and mentor staff.
