Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Strategic Pricing Senior Manager to drive pricing strategy and market evaluation efforts from the Eastern Time Zone, guiding pricing models for new business opportunities and supporting proposal development with finance, marketing and operations leadership.

The role emphasizes building business cases, collaborating with executives, and shaping a winning value proposition to differentiate SBM’s offerings in a competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or equivalent.
• Five years of additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Pricing and business development experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop or refine pricing strategies to adapt to market dynamics.
• Support the proposal process with content design, development, and review.
• Build business cases for changing business models.
• Support proposal documentation (outline, page allocation, team assignments, proposal management plan, schedule, kick-off meeting materials, writing templates, data calls).
• Participate in the development and review of proposal strategies and themes, and develop a Proposal Management Plan.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and executive leadership to convey win strategy and differentiators against competition.
• Contribute to new service and product development planning and management.
• Define and direct marketing programs for demand creation, lead generation and for lead tracking and management.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
