Elasticsearch B.V. is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Pricing and Packaging to lead end-to-end monetization strategy within the Product Finance team.

You will partner with Product to bring new offerings to market and coordinate across FP&A, Revenue, Legal, IT, and Billing to ensure profitable launches. You will own knowledge of pricing models, tiering, bundling, metering, and discounting, and drive process improvements that shorten time-to-market while protecting revenue.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or project management in a SaaS or technology company.
• Track record of managing complex, cross-functional external product releases from start to finish.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency with SaaS pricing models, packaging structures, and monetization levers.

Responsabilités

• Drive cross-functional alignment to launch pricing or packaging changes across FP&A, Revenue, Legal, IT, and Billing.
• Demonstrate proficiency in pricing and packaging concepts, including tiering, bundling, metering, and discounting.
• Map and document launch processes to create scalable playbooks and protect revenue.
• Maintain real-time view of open items, owners, dependencies, and approvals across launches.
