Job summary

the company is seeking an experienced pricing leader to own monetization across the portfolio, including tiering, licensing metrics, and discount governance. You will partner with Product Marketing and Sales to align pricing with strategy and market benchmarks.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in pricing strategy, 5+ years managing pricing as a function, and strong financial modeling with executive communication. A cybersecurity or identity security background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in pricing strategy or monetization roles.
• 5+ years owning pricing as a named function.
• Experience presenting to a formal pricing committee or equivalent.
• Strong financial modeling and tiered packaging design.
• Cybersecurity or identity security knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define pricing architecture across the portfolio, including tiering and metrics.
• Lead monthly Price Committee with modeling and recommendations.
• Govern discount policy and guardrails.
• Monetize new categories and drive commercial readiness at launch.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on seller enablement.
