Job summary
Elastic seeks a Senior Program Manager, Pricing and Packaging, to lead end-to-end monetization initiatives within the Product Finance team. You will partner with Product and cross-functional leaders to introduce new offerings, manage pricing, packaging, metering, and discounting strategies, and ensure launches stay on track.
You will influence stakeholders across FP&A, Revenue, Legal, IT, and Billing, and design repeatable processes that protect revenue while expanding Elastic’s product
Qualifications
- 10+ years of program or project management experience in the product organization of a SaaS or technology company.
- Experience partnering with Product, Finance, Legal and Systems teams on external product releases.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end pricing and packaging operational execution for launches.
- Coordinate across FP&A, Revenue, Legal, IT and Billing to align on timelines and decisions.
- Translate priorities into requirements and protect monetization logic across launches.
- Develop a scalable launch playbook and improve time-to-market for complex portfolios.
