Salesforce is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to support and drive pricing and packaging strategy across multiple product lines. You will analyze market opportunities, define monetization models, and collaborate with Product Management, Product Marketing, Go-To-Market, Sales and Deal Desk to optimize offerings and accelerate growth.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of relevant experience, superior analytical and communication skills, and the ability to influence executives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant working experience.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Experience with pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies.
• MBA preferred; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize long term pricing and packaging strategies across teams.
• Make data-driven recommendations using structured problem solving.
• Assist product operations in prioritizing launches and SKUs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the portfolio through market and customer research.
• Communicate pricing concepts to Exec leadership and operationalize recommendations.
• Explore new pricing models while considering impact on the base.
• Build relationships with EVP/SVP level leaders to gain alignment.
