Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Pricing and Packaging to drive the end-to-end monetization strategy for a growing SaaS portfolio. You will partner with Product Finance, Revenue, Legal, IT, and Billing to ensure pricing and packaging decisions translate into revenue recognition and market success.

You will own the launch process, implement scalable playbooks, and monitor progress across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or project management experience in a SaaS or technology company.
• Experience working at the intersection of Product, Finance, Legal, and Systems teams is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional alignment to launch pricing or packaging changes.
• Demonstrate proficient knowledge of SaaS pricing models, packaging structures, and monetization levers.
• Map and document launch processes to create scalable playbooks and protect revenue.
• Maintain real-time view of open items, owners, dependencies, and approvals across launches.
