Qualifications

• 8+ years in pricing strategy, revenue management, or business strategy in tech or SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of hardware, software, and services pricing models (subscription, consumption, perpetual).
• Proficient in data analytics, financial modeling, and elasticity-based pricing.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience with pricing and analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies for Cisco's cybersecurity products.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, operations, and sales to package solutions.
• Conduct annual pricing reviews, competitive analysis, and market research.
• Optimize monetization models and benchmark industry trends.
• Analyze customer behavior and price elasticity to refine pricing.
• Build scalable pricing tools with the broader team.
• Report to Sr. Director of Pricing and Strategy.
• Shape pricing and monetization for Cisco’s cybersecurity hardware and software portfolio.
