Daikin Applied, a global leader in HVAC solutions, seeks a Strategic Pricing Manager who will partner with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Operations to shape pricing strategies that drive profitable growth and market competitiveness. Lead governance, build pricing models, and provide insights for strategic decisions in a hybrid environment.

You will develop price guidance, assess cost impacts of launches, and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or equivalent.
• 4–6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management or related field.
• Strong pricing strategies and value-based pricing knowledge.
• Experience with pricing governance, approvals, and deal economics.
• Advanced Excel and ability to analyze large datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Identify pricing opportunities through market and financial analysis and develop strategies.
• Lead pricing analyses for price adjustments and new product launches with Finance and ISC.
• Analyze price performance, discounts, profitability, and customer economics.
• Develop pricing models, business cases, and financial analyses to support decisions.
• Present pricing performance and initiatives to senior leadership.
