Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or equivalent.
• 4-6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, or related field.
• Strong pricing knowledge and methodologies for profitable growth.
• Experience using market data and financial analyses to support decisions.
• Proficiency in pricing governance, quotes, negotiations and deal terms.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify pricing opportunities via market and financial analysis and execute strategies.
• Lead pricing analyses for price changes and launches with cost impact assessments.
• Analyze price performance, discounts, profitability, and customer economics.
• Develop pricing models, business cases, and financial analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Present pricing performance and insights to senior leadership in reviews.
• Provide pricing guidance for major opportunities and PARs; review PARs for governance.
• Drive pricing process improvements, governance, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance value, competitiveness, and objectives.
