Job summary

Daikin Applied seeks a Strategic Pricing Manager to partner with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Operations. You will identify pricing opportunities through market and financial analysis, develop pricing strategies, and support new product introductions to improve margins and competitiveness.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and governance skills, with a track record in pricing and revenue management within an HVAC or manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 4–6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, methodologies, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify pricing opportunities through market and financial analysis.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies to drive profitable growth.
• Lead pricing analyses and recommendations for price adjustments and launches.
• Assess cost impacts, margins, and commercial viability with Finance and ISC.
• Present pricing performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
