Job summary
Daikin Applied, the world’s largest HVAC company, seeks a Strategic Pricing Manager to partner with senior leaders and drive profitable growth. You will analyze market dynamics, develop pricing strategies, and support new product introductions with cross-functional teams across Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Operations.
Responsibilities include building pricing models, delivering financial analyses, and presenting insights to executives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 4–6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, or similar area.
- Strong pricing knowledge to drive growth, margins and profitability.
- Experience with market dynamics, value-based pricing, and business cases.
Responsibilities
- Identify pricing opportunities with stakeholders using market/financial analysis.
- Lead pricing analyses for price adjustments and launches with Finance/ISC alignment.
- Analyze price realization, discounts, profitability, and customer economics.
- Develop pricing models, business cases, and financial analyses for strategic initiatives.
- Present pricing performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
