Daikin Applied, the world’s largest HVAC company, is seeking a Strategic Pricing Manager to partner with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Operations. You will develop pricing strategies to drive profitable growth, improve price realization, and sustain competitiveness across business units.

You will lead analyses for price adjustments and launches, build pricing models, and present insights to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent
• 4-6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, or related field
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, methodologies, and governance

Responsibilities

• Identify pricing opportunities through market analysis and develop pricing strategies
• Lead pricing analyses for adjustments and new product launches with Finance and ISC
• Analyze price performance, discounts, profitability, and customer economics to guide actions
• Develop pricing models, business cases, and financial analyses for strategic initiatives
• Present pricing results and recommendations to senior leadership
