Job summary

Daikin Applied, the world’s largest HVAC company, seeks a Strategic Pricing Manager to drive profitable growth through market-driven pricing and governance. You’ll partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations to evaluate opportunities, support new products, and influence pricing decisions across business units.

Role requires 4–6+ years in pricing, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel, SAP, Salesforce, PROS, or Vendavo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent.
• 4–6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Identify pricing opportunities via market and financial analysis and develop pricing strategies that drive profitable growth.
• Lead pricing analyses for adjustments and new product launches with Finance and ISC to assess cost impacts and viability.
• Analyze price performance, discounts, profitability, and customer economics to inform recommendations.
• Develop pricing models, business cases, and financial analyses to support strategic initiatives.
