Daikin Applied, a global leader in HVAC, seeks a Strategic Pricing Manager to partner with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Operations. You will develop pricing strategies, analyze market dynamics, and support new product introductions to improve price realization and profitability.

You will lead pricing analyses, build financial models, and present insights to senior leadership. This role includes governance duties, PARs review, and continuous process improvements to strengthen pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 4-6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, or a closely related field.
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, methodologies, and governance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify pricing opportunities through market and financial analysis and develop pricing strategies that drive profitable growth.
• Lead pricing analyses for price adjustments and new product launches with Finance and ISC to assess costs and margin requirements.
• Analyze price performance, discounts, profitability, and customer economics to form actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain pricing models, business cases, and financial analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Present pricing performance and recommendations to senior leadership in reviews.
• Provide pricing guidance for major opportunities, national accounts, and PARs; review PARs for governance alignment.
• Drive pricing process improvements, governance, analytics, and data integrity across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance customer value, market competitiveness, and business goals.
