Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent experience
• 4-6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, or related field
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, methodologies, and best practices for profitable growth
• Experience leveraging market dynamics and value-based pricing to support strategic objectives
• Proficiency in pricing governance, approval processes, sales and commercial practices
• Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making and collaborate across teams with strong communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills for large data sets and pricing analytics
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Identify pricing opportunities through market and financial analysis and execute pricing strategies that align with objectives
• Lead pricing analyses for price adjustments and new product launches with Finance and ISC to assess cost impacts and margin requirements
• Analyze price performance, discounts, profitability, and customer economics to develop recommendations
• Develop pricing models, business cases, and analyses to support strategic initiatives
• Present pricing performance and insights to senior leadership in reviews
• Provide pricing guidance for significant opportunities, national accounts, and PARs
• Review and approve PARs ensuring policy alignment and profitability
• Improve pricing governance, analytics, data integrity, and operational pricing effectiveness
• Balance customer value, market competitiveness, and business objectives with cross-functional teams
