Daikin Applied Americas, the world’s largest HVAC company, seeks a Strategic Pricing Manager to drive pricing strategies and profitability. You will partner with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Operations to analyze market trends and cost impacts, support new product introductions, and govern pricing governance.

The role requires deep analytical capabilities, advanced Excel skills, and a collaborative approach to maximize price realization while maintaining market competitiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or equivalent experience.
4-6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Identify pricing opportunities through market and financial analysis and develop pricing strategies.
Lead pricing analyses related to price adjustments and new product launches with Finance and ISC.
Analyze price performance including price realization, discounts, profitability, and customer economics.
Develop pricing models, business cases, and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
