Daikin Applied seeks a Strategic Pricing Manager to drive pricing strategies and profitability across business units. You will partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations to evaluate opportunities and support new product introductions.

The role emphasizes governance, analytics, and presenting insights to senior leadership, with remote/work arrangements and a focus on market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business-related field.
• 4–6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management.
• Strong pricing methodologies and value-based pricing understanding.
• Experience with governance, approvals, and deal economics.
• Ability to synthesize large datasets for strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify pricing opportunities via market and financial analysis.
• Lead pricing analyses for adjustments and new product launches with finance and ISC.
• Analyze price performance, discounts, and profitability for recommendations.
• Develop pricing models, business cases, and financial analyses.
• Present pricing insights to senior leadership in reviews.
• Provide guidance for major commercial opportunities and PARs.
• Review PARs for alignment with policies and profitability.
• Drive pricing process improvements and governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance value and competitiveness.
