Daikin Applied seeks a Strategic Pricing Manager to drive profitable growth by partnering with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Operations. You will analyze market trends, assess cost impacts, and develop pricing strategies that balance value and competitiveness.

The role emphasizes governance, analytics, and actionable insights, with a focus on improving price realization across business units in a hybrid environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 4-6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management or related field.
• Strong pricing strategy knowledge to drive profitability and growth.
• Experience with market dynamics and value-based pricing for business cases.

Responsabilidades

• Identify pricing opportunities with key stakeholders using market/financial analysis.
• Lead pricing analyses for price adjustments and new product launches with cost impact assessments.
• Analyze price performance, discounts, profitability, and customer economics to inform actions.
• Develop pricing models, business cases, and financial analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Present pricing performance and recommendations to senior leadership in reviews.
• Provide strategic pricing guidance for major commercial opportunities and PARs.
• Review and approve PARs, ensuring alignment with governance and profitability.
• Drive pricing process improvements, governance, data integrity, and analytics.
