Daikin Applied seeks a Strategic Pricing Manager to lead pricing initiatives across its business units. You will partner with Sales, Product Management, Finance and Operations to drive profitable growth, price realization, and market competitiveness.

The role emphasizes building price models, analyzing performance, and supporting new product introductions, with governance, analytics, and continuous improvement at the core.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent.
• 4-6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, or a closely related field.
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, methodologies, and governance.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify pricing opportunities through market and financial analysis with stakeholders.
• Lead pricing analyses for price adjustments and new product launches with Finance and ISC.
• Analyze price performance, discounts, profitability, and customer economics.
• Develop and maintain pricing models, business cases, and financial analyses.
• Present pricing performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Provide pricing guidance for significant opportunities, national accounts, PARs.
• Review and approve PARs ensuring alignment with governance and profitability.
• Drive pricing process improvements, data integrity, and commercial effectiveness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to balance value and competitiveness.
