Hybrid role based in Plymouth, MN with opportunities to influence pricing across business units. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential to drive strategic pricing decisions and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify pricing opportunities through market/financial analysis and develop strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead pricing analyses for price adjustments and new product launches, assessing cost impacts and margin requirements.
• Analyze price performance, discounts, profitability, and customer economics to inform recommendations.
• Develop and maintain pricing models, business cases, and financial analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Present pricing performance and recommendations to senior leadership in reviews.
