Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, profitability drivers, and governance.
• Experience with value-based pricing and market dynamics to support objectives.

Responsibilities

• Identify pricing opportunities through market and financial analysis and execute strategies.
• Lead pricing analyses for price changes and new product launches with cost impacts and margins.
• Analyze price performance, discounts, profitability, and customer economics for actionable insights.
• Develop pricing models, business cases, and financial analyses for strategic decisions.
• Present pricing results and recommendations to senior leadership in reviews.
• Provide pricing guidance for national accounts, PARs, and major opportunities.
• Review PARs to ensure policy alignment and profitability objectives.
• Drive pricing process improvements, governance, analytics, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance value, competitiveness, and objectives.
