Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or equivalent experience.
• 4-6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, or similar field.
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience using market dynamics and value-based pricing to drive recommendations.
• Proficiency in pricing governance, approvals, and deal economics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills for large datasets and decision support.

Responsibilities

• Identify pricing opportunities through market and financial analysis and develop pricing strategies that drive profitable growth.
• Lead pricing analyses for price adjustments and new product launches with Finance and ISC to assess cost impacts and viability.
• Analyze price performance including discounts, profitability, and customer economics to inform actions.
• Develop pricing models, business cases, and financial analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Present pricing performance and insights to senior leadership in regular and ad hoc reviews.
• Provide pricing guidance for significant opportunities, national accounts, and PARs.
