Job summary

ABB is seeking a Pricing Manager in the Electrification division (US). You will create and complete bids, estimates, and quotations based on customer specs to achieve market competitiveness within margins guidelines.

The role interacts with multiple ABB units to ensure alignment and a positive customer experience throughout the process. Based in hybrid US, you will lead pricing activities for bids and tenders, coordinate with technical and commercial teams, and travel 5-10% as needed for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years' experience or 10+ years supporting utility electrical industry.
• Understanding of product portfolio and market pricing strategies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare competitive bids, estimates, and quotations aligned with margins.
• Document tenders with full, accurate costs and trading conditions.
• Plan and manage technical, financial, and project aspects of bids.
• Ensure timely inputs and adherence to quality procedures.
