Job summary

ABB is seeking a Pricing Specialist for a remote U.S. role reporting to Pricing Manager. You will develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue, profitability, and market share for Electrification in the US, while collaborating with sales, product, and leadership.

You will analyze market trends, costs, and competitive data, maintain pricing dashboards, and drive process improvements to streamline pricing workflows and support sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years of pricing experience.
• Proficient with data analytics tools for pricing analysis.
• Strong ability to analyze market data, pricing trends, and customer behavior.
• Understanding of cost structures, margins and pricing processes.
• High accuracy in pricing data and decisions; authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies to optimize revenue, market share and profitability.
• Maintain and evaluate pricing data and competitive intelligence to support decisions.
• Ensure compliance with pricing policies and recommend adjustments.
• Partner with sales, product, and leadership to implement pricing and support key accounts.
• Create pricing dashboards and analytics tools to monitor revenue, margin and volume trends.
• Drive process improvements through pricing tool development and automation.
