U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Executive to ensure exceptional client experience and strategic advisory across Payments and related services. The role partners with Sales, product, and coverage teams to deliver seamless solutions while protecting the firm’s reputation.

The position emphasizes disciplined execution, governance, and risk awareness with strong emphasis on client satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term relationships across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of experience in project management activities.
• Experience in client relationship management and coordination with Sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end client experience and serve as the primary point of accountability for client satisfaction and relationship health.
• Build deep client relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and understanding of business objectives.
• Conduct regular structured client reviews to assess satisfaction and address needs and concerns.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver coordinated solutions across PMI and Bank capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through thoughtful cross-selling.
