• Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Trading, Operations for seamless solutions.
• Drive organic growth through cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor client health metrics and address risks and improvements.
• Advocate for clients to inform product/process improvements.
