U.S. Bank is seeking a Payment Sales Consultant to orchestrate the full spectrum of payment and deposit solutions across client segments.

The role focuses on end-to-end solution selling within PMI, collaborating with RMs and product teams to drive growth and retention. The position emphasizes leading client discussions, pricing coordination, and a holistic payments strategy across liquidity, receivables, and trade.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs across liquidity, investments, receivables, payments, merchant services and trade.
• Translate those needs into integrated, client-centric solutions with product specialists and implementation teams.
• Serve as the single point of contact for payments strategy and ensure clear client messaging.
• Structure and lead client discussions aligned with business priorities and payment trends.
• Use Deepening Dashboards and Salesforce to track engagement, pipeline and solution design stages.
• Coordinate with ICG RMs to ensure seamless handoffs and shared visibility throughout the sales cycle.
• Identify and prioritize payment opportunities within client portfolios as strategic advisor to ICG RMs.
• Own pricing coordination across CPS, MPS, FX, Prepaid products and ensure competitive bundling.
• Provide insights on client segmentation, product fit and revenue potential; focus on high-impact opportunities.
