• Experience supporting institutional or commercial clients with cross-product knowledge in payments and treasury services.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Payment Solution Sales Client Executives responsible for key client relationships and end-to-end client experience.
• Establish expectations, performance standards, and accountability for client coverage and service quality.
• Oversee end-to-end client experience across portfolios to ensure proactive engagement and strong relationship health.
• Provide guidance on complex client situations, escalations, and risks to ensure timely resolution.
• Support team members in building deep, long-term client relationships grounded in trust and strategic advice.
• Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction and opportunities for deeper engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Trading, Operations, and Coverage teams to coordinate solutions across PMI and U.S. Bank capabilities.
• Drive organic growth through cross-selling and expanding client relationships.
• Monitor portfolio trends, feedback, and health metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Advocate for clients internally to translate needs into product/process improvements.
• Promote disciplined execution and accountability across the team.
• Maintain governance and risk awareness across client activities.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance for oversight and control.
• Support talent development, onboarding, and capability building in the Client Executive function.
