U.S. Bank seeks a Client Executive Team Leader to drive a high-performing unit focused on delivering superior client experiences across payments relationships.

You will coach a team of Client Executives, set clear expectations, and ensure disciplined follow-through on client commitments. The role requires leading cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Operations to enable responsible growth, strong controls, and sustained client loyalty.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Experience guiding client-facing teams in a financial services environment.
• Understanding of payments, treasury, and risk governance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Client Executives focused on Payments relationships.
• Establish expectations, performance standards, and accountability for client coverage and service quality.
• Oversee end-to-end client experience across portfolios and ensure proactive engagement.
• Provide guidance on complex client situations and escalate as needed to maintain quality.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Operations to deliver seamless client solutions.
