Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in People Business Partner, Employee Relations, or related functions.
• Experience advising senior leaders on org design and workforce planning.
• Strong performance management knowledge in high-performance cultures.
• Experience partnering with Employee Relations on sensitive employee matters.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence outcomes.
• Comfort using data to tell a story and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders across GTM.
• Drive culture of high performance and consistent performance management.
• Use data and org health metrics to identify trends and recommend interventions.
• Lead org design discussions with GTM leaders to align structure with growth.
• Support Employee Relations on sensitive matters with discretion.
• Coordinate promotion and calibration cycles for client groups.
• Drive cross-functional People projects with other teams.
