Job summary

Brex Inc. is seeking a People Business Partner for GTM teams in New York. You will advise senior leaders on org design, workforce planning, and change management while partnering with Employee Relations, Compensation, and People Operations.

You will drive a culture of performance, coach leaders on feedback, and use data to illuminate trends and inform strategic people decisions in a fast-scaling fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in People/HR Partnering, Employee Relations, or related functions.
• Experience advising senior leaders on org design and workforce planning.
• Experience with performance management in high-performance cultures.
• Experience partnering with Employee Relations on sensitive matters, with sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor and coach to senior GTM leaders and managers across Customer Experience, Implementation, and Sales Development.
• Drive high-performance culture by coaching on expectations, feedback, and consistent performance management.
• Use data and org health metrics to diagnose trends and recommend interventions to GTM leadership.
• Lead org design conversations ensuring structure and headcount align with growth targets.
