Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a People Business Partner to advise GTM leaders on org design, workforce planning, and change management. Based in Seattle, this role blends strategic advisory with hands-on execution in a fast-scaling fintech environment.

You will partner with Employee Relations, Compensation and People Operations to align structure with business strategy, drive performance cycles, and coach leaders across Customer Experience, Implementation and Sales Development.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in People Business Partner, Employee Relations, or related functions.
• Experience advising senior leaders on org design, workforce planning, and organizational change.
• Strong understanding of performance management in high-performance cultures.
• Experience partnering with Employee Relations on sensitive matters, with sound judgment.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Comfort using data to tell a story, identify trends, and drive decisions.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple client groups and priorities.
• Clear, concise communicator, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders across Customer Experience, Implementation, and Sales Development.
• Drive a culture of high performance by coaching leaders on expectations, feedback, and calibration.
• Use data and org health metrics to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and recommend interventions.
• Lead org design with GTM leaders, aligning structure with strategy and growth targets.
• Partner with Employee Relations on sensitive matters, escalating risks as needed with discretion.
• Support bi-annual promotion and calibration cycles for client groups.
• Drive cross-functional People projects with other People teams.
