Job summary

Data Direct Networks in New York seeks a strategic Global People Business Partner for Go-to-Market to align people strategy with growth. You will partner with GTM leadership to design the organization, plan workforce needs, and drive talent initiatives.

You will own performance and employee relations end-to-end, shape future structure, lead talent reviews, and coach leaders through change while collaborating with global People programs to enable scalable execution.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a senior HR Business Partner or People Partner with sales/marketing/revenue focus.
• Proven track record as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders.
• Strong commercial instincts and business orientation.
• Experience owning performance management and employee relations matters.
• Global experience partnering across regions with local employment considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own the people agenda for GTM and partner with leadership on org design and workforce planning.
• Develop talent strategy, leadership capability and where to invest in the organization.
• Own performance and employee relations end‑to‑end across GTM globally.
• Shape the organization for future growth, including structure, roles, spans and layers.
• Lead talent reviews, succession and critical‑talent discussions with leaders.
• Coach executives and managers through growth and organizational change.
• Help build and continuously improve global People programs and playbooks.
