Job summary

Brex is seeking a People Business Partner to advise senior GTM leaders on org design, workforce planning, and change management. You will partner with Employee Relations, Compensation, and People Operations to keep structures aligned with business strategy as Brex scales.

This role blends strategic advisory with hands-on execution to deepen partnerships with revenue-facing teams in a fast-scaling fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in People Business Partner or related roles.
• Advising senior leaders on org design, workforce planning, and change.
• Strong performance management, feedback, coaching, and calibration.
• Experience with Employee Relations on sensitive matters and discretion.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence outcomes.
• Data-driven storyteller who identifies trends and informs decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills across multiple client groups.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders across Sales Development and Post Sales.
• Coach leaders to set expectations, give feedback, and manage performance.
• Use data and health metrics to diagnose trends and suggest interventions.
• Lead org design conversations aligning structure with growth targets.
• Partner with Employee Relations on sensitive matters with discretion.
• Support bi-annual promotion and calibration cycles across client groups.
• Drive cross-functional People projects with other teams.
