Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in San Francisco seeks a People Business Partner to advise senior GTM leaders on org design, workforce planning, and change management while building a culture of high performance.

You will partner with Employee Relations, Compensation, and People Operations, lead design conversations aligned with growth targets, and support promotions, calibration cycles, and cross‑functional People projects in a fast‑scaling fintech company.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in People Business Partner, Employee Relations, or related functions.
• Advising senior leaders on org design, workforce planning, and organizational change.
• Strong performance management practices in high-performance cultures.
• Experience partnering with Employee Relations on sensitive matters.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence outcomes.
• Data-driven storytelling to inform decisions.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders across GTM functions.
• Coach leaders on setting expectations, delivering feedback, and calibration across orgs.
• Use data and metrics to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and propose interventions.
• Lead org design conversations to align structure with growth targets.
• Partner with Employee Relations on complex matters with discretion.
• Support bi-annual promotions and calibration cycles for client groups.
• Drive cross-functional People projects with other Partners and teams.
