Job summary

Brex is seeking a People Business Partner to support senior GTM leaders, focusing on org design, workforce planning, and performance culture. You will partner with Employee Relations and People Operations to guide leadership through change and growth in a fast‑scaling fintech environment.

The role requires partnering with revenue-adjacent teams, driving data-informed decisions, and maintaining trust with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in People Business Partner or related functions
• Experience advising senior leaders on org design, workforce planning and organizational change
• Strong understanding of performance management in high-performance cultures

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior GTM leaders and managers across Customer Experience, Implementation, and Sales Development
• Coach leaders on setting clear expectations, feedback, and performance calibration
• Use data and org health metrics to identify trends and propose interventions to GTM leadership
• Lead org design with GTM leaders to align structure with growth targets
• Partner with Employee Relations on sensitive matters with discretion
• Support bi-annual promotion and performance calibration cycles
• Drive cross-functional People projects with other People teams
