You will present Paychex solutions to decision makers, manage appointments, and expand market share while coordinating with sales partners to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or the equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or the equivalent.
• May require travel outside the geographic territory for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Sell PEO products and services by developing new clients and increasing the client base.
• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources using calls, mailings, seminars.
• Onboard PEO clients following policies for a smooth transition.
