Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a dynamic sales professional to expand our PEO client base in the United States market. You will develop new business, manage relationships with brokers, and present Paychex solutions to key decision makers.

The role requires strong sales experience and a track record in driving revenue growth; travel may be required. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $250,000, reflecting base pay and commissions, depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• 5 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Identify customers’ needs and present the Paychex solution to key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources, especially the broker channel to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources using calls, mailings, seminars, and marketing programs.
