Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive new client growth for PEO services in the Jacksonville area. You will leverage the Go-to-Market strategy, meet quota, and engage brokers and referral sources to expand revenue and market share.

This role involves scheduling, presenting Paychex solutions, onboarding clients, and traveling as needed. A high school diploma and several years in sales are required, with strong client relationships and integrity.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leveraging broker networks and regional partners to generate referrals and new business.
• Ability to identify customer needs and present Paychex PEO solutions to decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of Sales management, meet quota attainment guidelines.
• Leverage Go-to-Market strategy to identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources, especially brokers, to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and sources outside the Paychex base using calls, mailings and events.
• Onboard PEO clients following policies to ensure a smooth transition.
