Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an energetic PEO Sales professional to expand our client base in the Phoenix area. You will identify customer needs, present Paychex PEO solutions, and build relationships with brokers and end users to drive revenue growth.

This role involves scheduling and conducting in person or virtual meetings, onboarding new PEO clients, and traveling as required to conferences or training sessions.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma is required.
• 5 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers’ needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources to increase revenue.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources using calls, mail, events.
• Onboard PEO clients and ensure smooth transition to service.
• Travel as needed for meetings, conferences and trainings.
