Paychex Deutschland GmbH in Oakland is seeking a high-energy sales professional to grow the PEO client base by selling PEO products and services and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities include scheduling meetings with brokers, presenting Paychex solutions, onboarding new PEO clients, and traveling to conferences or trainings as needed, while upholding Paychex values and delivering results.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• 5+ years of experience in relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Sell PEO products and services by developing new clients and increasing the client base to increase profits in the PEO Sales organization.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources, specifically the broker channel to secure referrals to end users.
• Prospect for new clients and new referral sources outside of the Paychex base, utilizing telephone, direct mail, seminars, current client visits, or other local marketing programs directed by Sales management.
• Onboard PEO clients, following policies and procedures to ensure a smooth transition onto the PEO service.
• Travel outside geographic territory for conferences, training sessions and/or area regional or national meetings.
